A real estate developer selling apartments off plan has nothing to show but renders, and a render alone does not close a sale. ILEAA-GR needed its feed to sell a feeling, calm, comfort, a finished home, not just another picture of a building nobody has walked through yet.

Every post pairs the render with a single feeling, in Prishtinë, near everything, the place where you find comfort, so a scroll past the account leaves an impression before a single question gets asked. Deal-closing posts run separately from the building posts, so the account sells trust as much as concrete.

A feed where each complex gets its own identity, Kompleksi Street A pictured corner by corner rather than one render standing in for the whole project. The account now reads like a developer people already trust, before they have stepped inside a single unit.
