With our help, Drena went from a down-to-earth dairy farm to a cool, relatable, and fun brand. Here’s how.
All work
Drena is a dairy farm, and it was speaking online the way farms usually do — plainly, seriously, and to nobody in particular. The audience it wanted to reach buys yoghurt with a phone in hand and does not think of dairy as a subject at all.
We kept what was true — that this is an actual farm with actual animals — and changed only the register. The posts stopped announcing and started talking: the product photographed as something you would eat rather than as an exhibit, the farm shown as a place with people in it, and a tone with some humour in it that the brand could keep up week after week.
The channels now sound like one voice rather than like a company taking turns, and the format is deliberately repeatable — it can be run continuously without needing a new idea every week, which is what usually kills a schedule like this.
