The gap looks like margin and often is not: AHV, ALV and BVG sit on top of every wage, so a gross CHF 40 costs nearer CHF 50, and a placement billed at CHF 48 loses money while looking profitable.

We put the rules where they cannot be walked around. An employee submits hours, the employer approves them on its own assignment, and an administrator sets rates and closes the record. Routing, authorisation and validation enforce that on the server, because removing a button from a template is not access control.

A platform of 157 routes and 47 screens, with a brand and a public website in front of it. A rate below true cost is caught before a record can close, and the administrator has to acknowledge it on the server, not in the browser. The pricing check lives inside the work, not in a report three weeks later.
