I work with clients from the first meeting onwards: learning about their business, agreeing what the project actually needs, and staying accountable for what gets delivered. HOX Media runs as one team across software, marketing, and brand, so a client deals with people who know the whole picture, not a chain of handovers. Whether it is one project or a partnership of years, what we agree at the start is what turns up. If something changes along the way, you hear it from me while there is still time to decide, not once the work is finished.
